140 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using the 140 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 140 platform available through our official website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, as well as all other related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Your continued use of the 140 platform after any changes are made to this document will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.
The 140 platform is for personal use only. Users are prohibited from using this platform for commercial purposes, fraudulent activity, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To access the full services of the 140 platform, you are required to register a valid user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, an active email address, and a reachable phone number.
User Eligibility:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform.
- You must be a valid Malaysian resident or citizen, or hold the appropriate authorisation to use this platform.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to create an account on behalf of another person without authorisation is a serious breach of these terms.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. 140 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately through our support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 140 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules:
- Not using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law or that conflicts with these terms.
- Not attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of the 140 platform system in any way.
- Not distributing content containing malware, viruses, or any harmful code through this platform.
- Not using any bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Not engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or misuse of bonuses and promotions offered by the platform.
- Complying with all betting limits and conditions set for each type of game or wager available.
140 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing an account without prior notice.
4. Payment & Transaction Details
All transactions on the 140 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking transfers (FPX) and recognised digital wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may be updated from time to time.
Deposit Policy: Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 140 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banking institutions or payment service providers.
Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 140 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving any withdrawal for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
Unauthorised Transactions: Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent — including the unauthorised use of another person's credit card or bank account — will be cancelled immediately and the account in question suspended pending investigation.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Liability Limit
140 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, outages, or service interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 140 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
140 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- Account is linked to fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- The user provided false or misleading registration information.
- Account has been inactive for a period exceeding the set limit without prior notice.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any valid remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the current policy once the investigation is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 140 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 140 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without prior written permission from 140.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 140 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 140 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. 140 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified via a notice on the platform. Malaysian law applies to all disputes arising from the use of this platform.
